this is what a typical week looked like for me this summer regarding my workouts
Tuesday: work out 2 hrs in gym (attached), one hour on ice: focus was high tempo training camp style practice with lots of full ice drills and battle/compete mentality
Wednesday: work out 2 hrs in gym (attached), one hour on ice: focus was power skating, quick starts then condition(pushing tires, pulling partner....)
Thursday: work out 2 hrs in gym (attached), one hour one ice: focus of on ice individual skills ex: stick handling, shot development, edge work, with added conditioning through out
Friday: work out 2 hrs in gym (attached), one hour on ice: focus of on ice was a scrimmage
Saturday: rest recovery
Sunday: 2 mile conditioning run mile time 10:08 total 20:16
Monday: work out 2 hrs in gym, (attached), one hour on ice: basically a flow practice with finish of small area games
